Stretching is an integral part of staying healthy. Some people stretch before vigorous exercise, and others stretch to regain flexibility and strength following an injury.

Learning how to stretch properly also helps avoid recurring or new injuries. Physiotherapists are a vital resource when guidance is needed for proper stretching technique.
