Dear friends,

While it is still crisp some mornings, I see signs that spring will arrive soon in all of its glory!  I am eager to get outside and MOVE!

I am happy to announce that Liz Morrison (PT) has joined our team and will help us out while Erica is on maternity leave starting this summer. Liz is a cheerful and passionate therapist who compliments our team well. 

We are also adding another evening massage therapist, Marsha Strum, to reduce your wait times for appointments.

Understanding Cumulative trauma disorder

Cumulative trauma disorder or CTD is a broad term for common diseases that affect the soft tissues in the body. CTD is not classified as an actual disease, but is used by doctors to provide an explanation for the onset of certain conditions.
