In our clinic news, Erica Vargo PT begins her maternity leave this month and will be welcoming her little boy home very soon. Liz Morrison PT will be covering Erica's hours.

We have received great feedback about our Concussion Management Program. If you or someone you know has a concussion, please contact us.  We can help determine the extent of injury, select treatments to reduce symptoms and guide you on how best to get back to regular activities. We also provide Baseline Assessments for athletes before an injury occurs.

Understanding Spondyloarthropathies

Spondyloarthropathies refer to rheumatological diseases that affect the spine, including ankylosing spondylitis (AS), psoriatic arthritis (PsA), reactive arthritis (ReA), enteropathic arthritis (EA), and rheumatoid arthritis (RA). 

Pain and stiffness are the most common symptoms of rheumatological diseases, with the sacroiliac joints, hips, knuckles, and shoulders being most commonly affected.

There is no cure for spondyloarthropathies; treatment is focused on pain management and slowing down progression of the disease process.
